Questions from cleaners
Do I need to upload ID to sign up?
No. Sign up with your details and start applying. After 10 completed jobs we ask for one photo of your passport or ID.
How much does it cost?
Your first 50 completed jobs are free. After that the cleaner plan is €5 per month.
When do I get paid?
The client has 24 hours after you mark the job done to report a problem. Then your payout is ready and we pay it by bank transfer.
