Bookings
Bookings are made through our website. The price is the hourly rate × cleaners × hours (plus VAT where it applies) and is paid in advance.
Earliest booking
The earliest booking is 24 hours from now.
Cancellations
You can cancel with a full refund until a cleaner is assigned. After that, cancellations are handled by our team.
Quality
If you are not happy, report a problem within 24 hours after the cleaner marks the job done.
Cleaners
Cleaners keep 70% of each job before VAT. The first 50 completed jobs are free, then a monthly subscription applies. After 10 completed jobs an ID photo is required.
Liability
Every job is covered by our insurance. Please tell us about fragile or valuable items in the booking notes.
